Lifetime manufacturer warranty. Quartz from MSI's Q collection is covered by MSI's Residential Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
10-year workmanship warranty. True Square Stones' own warranty on every install.

Both warranties are tied to the original purchaser and do not transfer if the home is sold. MSI's warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation.

Is there really no salesperson?

Correct. You choose your color online, book online, and the only person who comes to your home is the technician who measures and later installs. Nobody here earns a commission on your kitchen.

How is the price fixed before you've seen my kitchen?

Our pricing is based on typical kitchen sizes (up to 70 sq ft, no run over 6 linear feet). Most homes fall within this range, so we can quote confidently up front.

Will my price change after you measure?

Only if your project exceeds 70 total square feet or has a continuous run longer than 6 linear feet. In that case a Material Premium applies (standard colors +$1,000, premium colors +$2,000, signature colors +$3,400), confirmed on the spot at your free measurement — never after installation.

Will I get a better price if I negotiate or know someone?

No. Every customer pays the same fixed price for the same job. No "friends and family" discounts, no preferential treatment, no exceptions.

What's included in the price?

Material, templating, fabrication, standard sink cutout, professional installation, removal of your old countertops, and plumbing disconnect/reconnect. If you don't need removal or plumbing, take either one off and the price drops by $699 each.

Do some colors cost more?

Standard colors are covered by the fixed price. Premium colors add $1,000; Signature colors add $1,699. The extra charge is listed next to the color before you book.

What does the $99 actually pay for?

It locks in your fixed price and reserves your free measurement appointment. The full $99 is credited toward your final project cost.

What's the warranty?

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in a single day once fabrication is finished, typically 1–2 weeks after measurement.
