Refund Policy

Your $99 deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of booking your measurement appointment — no questions asked, and no phone call required. Just reply to your confirmation email or text, or contact us directly, and we'll process your refund.

After 72 hours, your appointment is confirmed and your price is locked in. At that point the deposit becomes non-refundable, but it always applies as a credit toward your final invoice — never an extra charge on top of your project total.

If, after your free measurement, your project requires a Material Premium adjustment and you decide not to proceed at the adjusted price, your deposit will be refunded in full. There is no obligation to move forward once you've seen the final, confirmed number.

We built this policy the same way we built our pricing: plain, fair, and the same for every customer. No hidden fine print, no retention tricks — if you're not comfortable moving forward, we make it easy to get your deposit back.
